Remembering Jean Smith
It is with heavy hearts that the Wardcliff Neighborhood Association Board would like to thank and remember Jean Smith for her time, support and contributions in forming the Wardcliff Neighboorhood Association. Jean passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 9th. Friends and family are invited to a memorial reception held on August 10th.
