The Wardcliff Neighborhood Association, Meridian Township Police and Fire Departments invite everyone to join us for and Meet your neighbors, Meridian Township police and fire officers. The Meridian Township police department encourages neighborhoods to gather at block parties, ice cream socials, and cook outs to foster community awareness of how we can keep our neighborhoods safe.
Community Police & Fire Department officers will be visiting our neighborhood in Patrol Cars, Motorcycles, Fire Trucks and Ambulances
National Night Out is designed to:
- Heighten crime prevention awareness.
- Generate support for, and participation in, local crime prevention efforts.
- Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships.
- Send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting
This is a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors, and the Community Police Officers who enjoy meeting those they serve.
The Wardcliff Neighborhood Association will serving Ice Cream from the MSU Dairy Store.
