The Wardcliff Neighborhood Association is a Michigan nonprofit corporation. Its mission is to build a community of neighbors sharing resources to solve common problems and encouraging good stewardship, cooperation and neighborhood friendship.
All members of the Wardcliff Neighborhood Association you are invited and encouraged to attend the second Annual Meeting of the Membership. This notice is also a reminder that your annual dues are owed on May 1st.
When: May 22, 2013 7:00 to 8:00 PM
Where: Wardcliff School Multi-Purpose Room, 5150 Wardcliff Drive
Agenda:
- Review and acknowledge accomplishments of the Association
- Election of Directors by Resident Members in good standing, to fill vacancies on the Board
- Discussion of upcoming events such as the WNA Neighborhood Yard Sale on Friday May 31st and Saturday June 1st from 8:30 am to 2:30pm
Reminder: Annual Resident Membership dues of $10 per member (maximum $20 per household) are owed on May 1st. Dues must be paid in order for a member to be in good standing and be able to vote to elect Directors to the WNA Board at the Annual Meeting of the Membership. Please send dues to the WNA Post Office Box at the address at the bottom of this notice. While this year dues will accepted up to the day of the Annual Meeting of the Membership, payments received prior to May 12, 2013 will ensure inclusion on the roster of eligible voters. Annual Honorary Membership dues of $10 also are owed on May 1st.
